I then fried them in bacon fat.
I topped them with three types of cheeses.
-Extra Sharp Chedder
-Gruyere
-Monterey Jack
Then I used 2 types of bacon.
-Applewood smoked
-Hickory smoked
When I started building the cheese fries I layered everything so that all the cheese and bacon wouldn't be sitting on top. Top with jalapeno's and enjoy!!
